Paestum is an ancient city of Magna Graecia, called by the founders Poseidonia in honour of the Poseidon god; however, the city was also very devoted to the goddesses Hera and Athena. The dimensions of the ancient city are still identifiable by observing the walls that enclose it.

Walking through this area you can admire the mere beauty of the temples miraculously preserved by time. Recently restoration work has been done dating from 2003 to 2013, this is partially why everything is in such are excellent condition, therefore to be considered unique examples of Greek architecture.

Another richness of the territory, this time from a culinary point of view, is the famous buffalo mozzarella.

By booking in advance, it is possible to combine this visit with a small tour inside the company.
